With the average temperature in January of -50 degrees Celsius and the record of -71.2, Ojmjakoni is the coldest inhabited place in the world. The village with 500 inhabitants is located in Siberia, whose capital is Yakutsk (the coldest city in the world), Telegrafi reports.
