Earthquakes in the Awash region in Ethiopia continue. This morning, an earthquake measuring Mw 5.1 was recorded, with the epicenter located 39 km north-northwest of Āwash.
The depth of the source was again fixed at 10 kilometers, which indicates an inaccurate determination. However, it is assumed that it was a shallow earthquake.
