Nevada has been rocked by a 5.7M earthquake, the United States Geological Survey reported on Monday afternoon.
The monstrous tremor struck near Carson City – just outside of Reno – and was felt as far away as Sacramento, California.
The quake hit around 3.08pm local time, 14.4 miles northeast of Yerington.
This earthquake comes less than a week after a major 7.0 quake hit Humboldt County, knocking homes off their foundations and breaking glass and windows.
